Our Objectives

For this to happen we are committed to a number of objectives:

• 'Play it safe' must become part of our culture - the way we do things
• Our leaders must be passionate about the value they place on the safety of our employees and visitors
• We must understand and have systems and processes which meet our legal obligations
• Hazards need to be identified, risks assessed and controls put in place so that our strategies are preventative and not reactive
• We need good systems for training and to develop employee awareness, understanding commitment and confidence
• Health & safety must be considered in our business decisions, including workplace design and development, supply, visual merchandising and leasing
• We need clear and measurable performance targets and challenges.

Creating a safe and healthy workplace fits with our values and is key to The Just Group being a great company. All employees at The Just Group play a role in delivering these objectives.
