Jason Murray - Managing Director

Jason Murray became Managing Director of the Group on 18 September 2006 having been appointed as Executive Director on 14 September 2005.

Jason has been with the Group since July 2003 and was appointed Chief Financial Officer in March 2004. Jason has over 10 years' experience as a management consultant with McKinsey and Company focusing on the retail industry.

Jason holds a Bachelor of Economics (Hons) from the University of Sydney and a MBA (Hons) from IMD in Lausanne, Switzerland.

David Bull - Director Fast Fashion

David Bull became Director of Fast Fashion in July 2009 and is responsible for our three fast fashion brands being Jay Jays, Dotti and Portmans.

David held the position of Merchandising Director - Casualwear since December 2006 to July 2009 responsible for the Just Jeans, Jay Jays and Dotti Casualwear Brands. Previously David was the General Manager Merchandising Casualwear since September 2005 having been General Manager Merchandising for Just Jeans since July 2002.

Glenys Shearer - Executive Director & Director- Jacqui E, Smiggle and New Zealand

Glenys Shearer became an executive director of the board of Just Group Limited on 22 September 2008.

Glenys Shearer also became a Director of Jacqui E, Smiggle and New Zealand in July 2009, having been previously responsible for Jacqui E since October 2006 and Smiggle since its acquisition in 2007.

Glenys also held the position of Commercial & Merchandising Womanswear Director responsible for merchandising in the two womenswear brands, Portmans and Jacqui E, from October 2006 to July 2009 and held the position of Commercial Director from November 2001, having been General Manager, Commercial since 1998. Glenys has over 25 years experience in the retail industry (primarily with The Just Group Ltd). She has previously held the positions of General Manager, Jay Jays and General Manager, Jacqui E.

Glenys was the 2005 Australian Telstra Business Woman of the Year in the category of Australian Government Private and Corporate Sector.

Ashley Gardner - Chief Financial Officer

Ashley Gardner was appointed Chief Financial Officer in January 2007 and is responsible for the Group's Finance and IT departments.

Ashley has impeccable finance, retail and fashion credentials having most recently been CFO and an Executive Director at Country Road.

Ashley holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) from the University of Melbourne and is also a qualified Chartered Accountant.

Simon Ratcliffe - Operations Director

Simon Ratcliffe joins the Just Group on 1 September 2009 as Operations Director.

His most recent role prior to Just Group was Supply Chain and Logistics Director (general merchandise) for Marks and Spencer. In that role he managed their extensive on-shore and inbound logistics operations and helped set up their offshore sourcing operation.
